Chase Bank

Is Chase bank a joke? Do not mean to solve their own problem at all, but only keep saying it is your problem. Well you can enjoy some basic daily convenience of banking, when it comes to a real problem, never expect that they really want to help you. Also their phone call customer service, you never find the right person to solve the problem.

I went to this location to close out my deceased mom's bank accounts. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by the manager, Mark, and then referred to Cameron Morgeson. He was extremely kind and very helpful to me during a very stressful time. He went out of his way to get all the information needed to properly distribute the monies. Ozzie, teller, also helpful with a great sense of humor. I can't say enough about this Chase location. Awesome customer service and they should train all the other branches! Thank you very much.

Store is closed on a regular weekday. Update your stuff, I just wasted my time driving here.
