        Ive lived here almost a year. I cant say Id describe the apartments as luxury by most comparisons. But they are no worse than many and better than most of what is available in Midland. What rates 5 STARS is the staff! Emily and everyone here are awesome; friendly, attentive and prompt to help with any issue. They are trying to create not just an apartment complex, but a community for residents.
