This complex is one of the best I've seen in Midland! The office staff is amazing! Maggie and Blanca were super nice, very helpful and made me feel very welcomed! :)

Yikes horrible apartment to live in. They will screw you over if you dont renew your lease, security deposit? Youre not getting that back. Office staff? Good luck getting a hold of them or even a call back ever. Honestly youre way better off renting from the drake across the street.

Very impressed with the customer service, the office was very busy but I was welcomed and offered a snack. I was assisted by Jessy which invited me to go for a tour but I just wanted pricing since I was rushing to pick up my son. Beautiful community definitely an option for us.
