Management is very friendly, and seem glad to have your business. Well maintained and problems are fixed quickly. Architecture is nicely designed, different than the average boxy apartments. Good neighborhood. My only problem was the appliances are old and crappy, but they work. Also all electric, so expect a large electricity bill. On move out we got almost our full damage deposit back, a small amount was taken out for an unknown reason, (said electrical reconnection, but what?) but it wasn't enough to worry about.
