If you want to live in an apartment complex that doesn't care about their tenants and their only concern is to get bodies in their vacant units, then pinehurst is right for you.If you like being bombarded with late notices because no one stays employed there long enough to check the online payments, then pinehurst is right for you.If you ever feel like calling the front office, good luck if someone answers. This complex used to be really awesome and i enjoyed living here but after Mayan Management purchased it, it absolutely went to shit. Sure the low rent and have accessible is really attractive to a lot of people and for some this is their only option. Like myself, at the time this was my only option. But for those who have an option, I'd stay FAR AWAY from this place if i were you.
