Sandstone Ridge

I just rented a one bedroom from them and they went above and beyond to make sure everything went well. I have dealt with other apartment complexes when finding one for my daughter when she went to college and I can tell you Sandstone Ridge is amazing! The little touches included in your apartment such as the little shampoos and towels were a great touch (and greatly appreciated as all of my stuff was in storage!). I highly recommend them! The staff is also very friendly and I wish I could remember everyone's name, but thank y'all!

Sandstone Ridge is the most luxurious apartments in Midland, and the Midland Crime map gives the area the best color green and rating. We took a tour which proved it. It's a real gated community. It's also very close to MAF for International travel. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

Such beautiful apartments and amenities, sadly they have roaches and for the price of the townhomes Im ready to run out of here after my lease.

It has been wonderful. I am very happy with my choice of living. The entire complex is very clean and feels safe and secure. The residents are all very friendly and each unit is taken care of. The location is also very convenient as well.

My husband and I have lived here for a little over a month. Weve attended our first community gathering, a Christmas party in the Clubhouse. The Clubhouse was filled with residents, their children and even a few fur babies. Its the first time Ive seen such a successful event held by an apartment complex before. They offered great food/beverages and even better Christmas gifts (well over 40 of them), like Keurig coffee makers, cute holiday mixing bowls w/utensils, food baskets, etc. Many of the neighbors knew each other and spoke very highly of Sandstone Ridge: the office staff, maintenance and management. We have found everyone to be very pleasant, thorough and expedient. Maintenance has resolved any of our minor issues within 24 hours and we havent had any major issues. The grounds are very clean and the landscaping well maintained. The dog park is lovely and not littered with poop. The people that live here pick up after the dogs, for the most part. My only complaint would be that the 3 bedroom units have very small rooms, especially the living room. It was the only floor plan available so were making the best of it since we have not decided whether, or not, to sell our house and move to Midland permanently yet. Im looking forward to spending some time by the pool in the summer. Weve already used the dog washing house, fitted with industrial sized stainless steel tub and heavy duty blow dryer. Weve watching a movie in the theater room and booked a company Christmas party in the Clubhouse. The amenities are great and the staff are humble servants to the community. I believe my husband and I will be very happy in our Sandstone Ridge home away from home.
