    Maintenance worker polite and efficient. Not sure where puddles on floor came from, after dishwasher installed. Possibly new issue.

    6 months rent and I never received the keys to the mail box, 2 months insisting on repairing the garbage disposal so they could fix it, my car was hit in the parking lot, I notified and there was no liability interest

    Rude manager (Ashley J) who is unwilling to help even after the wrong information was given. Maintenance request have been open for weeks. Sweet leasing agent who tries to help but due to the lack of a manger is unable to fully do her job. Better off paying a little more for a better apartment with staff who actually cares for their residents.

    Worst first apartment experience ever, when I first moved in the shower leaked I told them right away and nothing was done. A couple months later it started leaking worse out in a maintenance request they did a temporary fix which then started leaking worse and got the whole closet wet, they never tried to out fans in there to dry the carpet. Finally after they fixed it they left a hole in the wall which can be dangerous to my kids. Then my water heater broke I called the emergency maintenance and they didnt fix it til about 3-4 days later, it then leaked into the master bedroom which left the carpet wet for weeks and also ruined my bedroom furniture even when I told the maintenance they once again never came back to fan the carpets. They are never in the office and when you call they never answer. They expect you to turn in a 60 day notice but are never at the office to turn it in.
