    I'm a fairly hesitant person, and this stands even more true when it comes to housing. The layouts and amenities for the price point here made me both excited and skeptical, but I can truly say it was the right choice. From the second I walked in the office the manager Ashley made me feel happy and comfortable. And the apartment staff as a whole has carried upward on that trend since before I even moved in. My questions have always been answered, and maintenance and other concerns always addressed. The community is quiet , the apartments beautiful, and the service lovely. I am very glad I pulled the trigger on this place. It has been one of the brightest sides of a very long year. Update after moving out: The complex never fixed the treadmills or gym equipment in the time I was there and when I moved out I got charged for some fees for cat damages. That I was totally fine with. What I wasn't fine with is that they attached photos of my cats that I never sent them or to anyone associated with the complex. They are not up on social media either. Some of these photos are from before I even moved in to the apartment. I'm incredibly creeped out.

    Parking lot roulette every night. 2 star only for the parking situation. I have 2 small children so I get to park in the road, carry them up their stairs, leave them inside and lock the door, come back downstairs and then find a parking spot 3-4 buildings over. Every. Single. Night. There are 50 covered parking spots, 415 garages and 12 open spots. You pay $120 and you can get a fancy covered spot or pay $300 and get a nice garage! I dont know a solution, Im not sure if everyone has 2-3 cars and parks a work vehicle in the complex or what but I can never find a spot in this complex and Ive only been here for 3 weeks. Would not recommend only for parking.

    Wish I could give this place zero stars. Ive been here less than two weeks, and I would NOT recommend living here. Ive already had to have a maintenance request about my dryer that is broken. And it still has not been fixed or replaced. The walls, baseboards, and floor were scratched up/dented. The dishwasher provided smells like its connected to the sewer and smells terrible. I cant even open it without it smelling the whole apartment. Sure, the apartments look nice, but its a huge faade with what lies beneath. Do NOT recommend. I will be providing my notice and will be leaving soon. Thanks.

    I have called numerous times to reach no answer, i had to leave work and actually show up to see about an apartment. When arriving the lady Maria was nice but made it seem like i was more of a bother that i was there. I needed answers to my questions and she said i had to pay the money first. She sent me a link to submit my application, AFTER paying over $200 for deposit and app fee, i got an email and to my concern it was for the wrong unit!!! I called Maria more than 3x to no answer, even emailed and still no reply. Again, had to show up there on a Saturday to let her know that the application link she sent me applied me for a bigger unit, she said there wasn't anything she could do about it and that i would have to email someone else, i proceeded to do so just for those people to tell me that Oasis had to fix the problem. NO ONE has called me to update me, just took my money and had no other exchange in regards to helping me with the unit i wanted. VERY Unprofessional!! Thankfully i found another apartment complex more friendly and more compassionate with helping out. Down $200 but it is what it is. Just be careful dealing with anyone here!!
