Fraudulent sales tactic with account managers selling you workout "sessions" promising future private lessons for prepayment of $6,840. The account manager apparently got fired and no one reached out to tell us what's going on. We tried to reach out to MJP for two months straight, including phone calls and showing up in person, but MJP kept telling us someone will get back to us, but they need did. Finally, an operations director reached out and we asked them to fully refund us full amount we pre-paid because we just don't want to deal with this company anymore. However, MJP was only willing to refund 25% despite acknowledging poor communication and performance on their part. Also, we are not the only ones that experienced this fallout. Beware what you signup for and the immoral business practice this company is willing to take against their customers. I suggest you take a second look before deciding to deal with this company. [Update 11/12/2012]: I've added another star to this review because the General Manager was great to work with and resolved our long standing problems. After a few weeks of back and forth, including our effort in consulting a consumer protection lawyer, MJ was finally able to refund the correct amount of unused session fees. And we ended up not suing MJ Performance for their practices. To be fair, the trainers at MJ Performance are really nice and knows how to train athletes for sure. However, there are gaps and discrepancies in their ways of working that urgently need improvements on. Megan, the general manager, is a breath of fresh air to work with to get this ordeal resolved. She actually know how to talk to an unsatisfied customer and I even felt bad to keep reaching out to her while she was on maternity leave. She was able to understand our situation, evaluate and think in our perspective how the business had wronged us and how the business can improve. She was extremely professional and I am glad she is the general manager for MJ Performance. Also, to tell the truth, I would suggest Bryan, the performance training director, should just stay doing athletic planning/training stuff and not handle any customer service work at all because he was terrible at it. He would just make angry clients even more unhappy. Right after MJ refunded me the unused session fees. I received a text from Bryan asking me to remove this negative review and told me I should say something nice about the business. I am not sure if he just doesn't know how to talk to people or just simply narcissistic? I don't understand how refunding what I suppose to get back should equal a positive review. Plus, I haven't ask for an hourly rate of my time wasted dealing with this ordeal and my lawyer consultation/ lawsuit drafting fees... So I will write what I want on this review to be as truthful as it can be from my point of view, thank you.

So my son recently hurt his knee. Got a referral to MJP and they were great and able to get us in quickly! My son worked with Steven and had an awesome experience! If you are thinking where to gogo here! The staff is super professional and the best! You wont be disappointed!! Thanks again to Bryan and his staff!!

very nice facility friendly staff. but bathroom kinda stinks but besides that its nice very nice
