Zero stars for management/principal trumps five stars teacher. My daughter broke two of her front teeth which in what our dentist thought might have been pushed by someone. Although they have live CCTV feed and policy (and Texas law) stating we are allowed to see the footage of incidents, they suddenly pulled out "other children's privacy" card on us and couldn't show us footage of the incident. We pushed them to show us the video for a few weeks, but they wouldn't budge. I don't know what they were hiding, but you'd think they'd show us video if they had nothing to hide. Then, when we gave them 2 weeks termination letter. We consulted with the principal whether we could terminate on Monday. She said that was allowed and she would "prorate" the tuition for the final week. Well, her meaning of proration is to charge us half week of tuition and full week of extra-curriculum to stay one day. She insisted I was "confused" about proration. Oh well, my loss for her lack of understanding the meaning of proration. The only bright side of this daycare was Ms. Alejandra (hence two stars), my daughter's 3-year old class teacher. She took care of our daughter very well, and my daughter loved her as well. But whenever my daughter had to move to the 4-year old class due to Ms. Alejandra being absent, she'd cry, because the 4 yr old class teacher was quite harsh. I wouldn't want her to stay in the Everybrook the next year with her. Overall, we had good experience with 2yr/3yr old teachers, but non-trustworthy principal and managements.

I really like Everbrook! They have everything to make a parent feel secure. I love that the building is secure, they have live stream cameras, and the STEAM curriculum. The director and teachers are really nice and sweet. I really does feel like a family. Whenever I have any concerns the director is always willing to help and listen. The school is always clean, the front desk administrators are always there the greet you and help with anything. Most of all the classes are structured. Every time I have logged on the camera I see the teachers engaging with the kiddos. I toured a lot of schools before making a decision on where to send my son. I'm so glad the picked Everbrook!

I cannot emphasize enough how happy we are with this daycare. Kierra and all of the staff are fabulous, everyday I know my baby is loved, safe, and well cared for. She is always so happy when I pick her up and developmentally she is blooming beautifully.

This is a great school. We love Mrs. Porsea, she is the BEST. Mrs. Keirra is great as well. I highly recommend both of them and this school.

My family loves this daycare!! They have everything any parent would want in a daycare. Live video streaming, secured doors, electronic sign in, clean environment, GREAT EDUCATION (S.T.E.A.M) healthy food, and AMAZING TEACHERS. Honestly I love this daycare because all of the teachers are so nice. My son loves his toddler teachers and he has learned so much from them. His teachers have a positive upbeat attitude everyday and you can tell they truly love to work with kids. I know my son is well taken care of and loved for. I also love how they make a monthly event calendar and post the weekly agenda to the daycare app. The app is very helpful! You can watch your kid at anytime on there, get updates every time they eat or use the bathroom. The teaches also post videos and photos to the app. I love seeing videos of my son dancing in the middle of the work day. Also diapers and wipes are included!! I must give a special shout out to Ms. Ty in the Toddler classroom. I hope she works here until my son is too old to attend. Shes truly amazing at her job and it was meant for her!! Thank you Everbrooke employees!!! We love you!!!
