The Academy at Craig Ranch

My child has been here for one and half year, first of all, before changing the manager, the front desk and teachers are very friendly, warmly greet each others, and treat the child very patient! After changing the owner, half teachers left succession, and the management became more and more chaotic. No matter what happened, the front desk or supervisor would only shirk the problem without solving it at all. My son has been hit and bitten by the same child several times, my son can tell the name of the child, but the supervisor and the front desk won't even inform the parent!! Also one child comes back from daycare with the phrase "you are only my business!" Is this what a daycare teacher should say to a child? Something similar happened a few times and we didn't feel the need to stay here.

Like any parent we were super nervous about leaving our kiddo anywhere but we are so glad we landed here. The front office staff has been so patient with us in answering any questions and addressing any concerns. I do have to give Ms. Jenny a special shout out. She is our kiddos teacher and she has been amazing. Our daughter can be a tad reserved with other people, but I can tell for certain she completely feels safe and happy with Ms. Jenny. Again, we are so happy to be apart of the academy!!

We LOVE The Academy at Craig Ranch. My daughter has been at the school since 2019. She has loved every class she has been in. We couldn't be happier with the staff and teachers. Everyone is so kind and do a wonderful job teaching the kids. We have been so impressed with all our daughter has learned!

We are so thankful for the Academy at Craig Ranch. We are first time parents with no family around the area so the Academy has become our family. Our son loves it and we love the Christian lessons and values they are instilling in our child. The staff have been so kind and understanding and I feel very supported as a parent by this daycare.
