Their are always rare moments when you find someone who is absolutely wonderful at what they do. This person is Stormy. This was my first time doing a hourly daycare. As a nervous parent you really dont know what to expect. As I called in just to inquire information Stormy went above and beyond to answer all my questions and more. Not only did she make me feel very comfortable with the process but she also guided me through the enrollment steps easily. Stormy had me laughing and feeling confident that my kids are well taken care of. If I could give someone 10 stars on excellent service and appreciation I would have given Stormy a 20 out of 10. I highly recommend if you are a new parent to speak to her as she is amazing. Thank you Stormy for taking care of us and our family. You are amazing at what you do!

I tried them for the first time and it only took an hour before I was called to come get my child. My child was screaming which is very unusual .. and as Im checking out I hear this lady yelling at the toddlers to CLEAN UP THE TOYS NOW, she didnt just say it once she kept repeating it and it got worse. When I asked them why she was yelling at toddlers they said shes just loud and that was her personality im beyond disappointed and disturbed. This is unacceptable behavior come to find out this isnt the first time this lady named stormy has been having several complaints and incidents with children yet shes still employed there. Do not trust them with you children please.

I was called to pick up my son early, which isn't a problem, I'd prefer to pick up my son if he's not having fun, but when I got there I witnessed the manager (she wouldn't give her name) yelling at the entire toddler class, and acting completely out of control of her emotions. When working with toddlers there's honestly no reason to yell ever, you should be completely in control of yourself, to be the example. As well as being the manager you should be the example to your staff. I 100% would recommend you take your kids elsewhere.

My kiddos absolutely love AKP! I was worried about my littles but Ms. Annie and so many others treated my LOs as if they were their own. Thank you so much for becoming an extension of safety for my families childcare needs. Love you guys!!
