Doctor him self is the best! But the staff needs to learn how to treat patients. Need to learn how to charge the patients and the insurance. My procedure was done 3 months ago they over charged me I found out because of my insurance. My insurance called them to let them know of the situation which that was back in August they said it will be resolved with days. I called the day they told my insurance it will be ready. they said they will call me when my check was ready. I would call every other day and would always get the same response “we’re working on it.” I kept calling and guess what they stop answering my calls. Mind you on 10/7/21 I had my follow up appointment. The ladies at the front kept saying oh my manager will call you once the check is ready, but till this day 10/28/21 I have not received a return call. I called this morning and guess what no answer left a voicemail and guess what I’m still waiting for a return call. I really need my money!

Had a vasectomy in November 2020. He seemed to be either in a rush or trying to break a record of some sort. Procedure took 16minues. Balls swelled up to the size of a baseball. Very uncomfortable for 2 weeks. Still have some tenderness and pain in the area almost 5months later. Had to reschedule first follow up due to having to wait 3hrs in the waiting area to be seen(have to go to work). Staff called me 3 times and rescheduled 3 times!! pushing my app back to February then april and now may. Done playing these games!! Would not recommend!!
