My daughters pediatrician referred her since October her appointment was going to be in January with Dr milov, . thats already three months waiting for an appointment. A week before the actual appointment, they call me that the doctor was not going to be there that day and rescheduled me till April. How ridiculous is this after waiting for three whole months shes rescheduled for another 3 so 6 whole months waiting for an appointment.

I went in for a bump behind my ear with Dr Milov ONLY looked at it and said Everybody has it did not do a full check-up. Very disappointed, left his office with no answers. I wasted $65 to get a three minute consultation.

Dr. Simon Milov performed ear surgery for a life threatening fungus eating away through my ear. I owe forever thanks to him and his faculty staff for caring as much as they did to save my life just in time before the infection spread. Thank you Dr for the help of removing my source of pain. I am forever grateful!! Amazing service!!

ive had to reschedule twice and today my appointment was canceled without notice without explanation & no one to be held responsible for the error. I had an appointment on the last days of january but they didnt allow me to bring along my other child (which i had done that before there) so I had to reschedule until may. That same day they call me that they have an opening february the 2nd in a few days and of course i said yes. I believe I called the day of february 2nd or the day before to confirm and they tell me that theres no appointment for that day the 2nd but that they do show an appointment for March the 2nd. At that point i thought that was weird and should of just removed my daughter from that place but i didnt, i said ok thats fine it is what is ill be there march 2nd! Today, i call this morning to confirm (since i didnt get a call from them) and they tell me that it shows cancelled, so there is no appointment no more !!!!! they should have some other type of system to show accountability of who makes changes to patients files because no one is held accountable and the next available appointment is until june, thats ridiculous now we have to wait until june because of someones error, Im calling today to change specialist and an office more responsible.
