The truth is, the doctor was super kind, accurate with his diagnosis, the person was extremely kind and everyone was very cordial, delighted with my experience at the clinic.

...another bad experience with the receptionist at Dr. Posada's office. I have 2 insurance cards. Very good ones at that. She told me that my 2nd card which is UHS denied payment so i had to pay $40 out of pocket. I told them that i did not have to. I paid $40 for todays visit. Then she taps on the computer and says that there was a consultation that occurred by phone in March. There is no proof of the call. This is very odd! So now 40 just became 80. I wanted to see the doctor after making the appointment 2 months in advance. I called UHS and within 5 minutes it was ironed out. They fixed everything and called the doctor. Its a shame that the receptionist can not do her job. Maybe i should get paid for doing her job? And for those that don't know, UHS is the same company they work for. Check the response: Payment was their top priority. Pathetic! For person that deals with hearts, where is yours?
