Ballard's Septic Services

We called this company to stop the sprinkle heads from leaking. The tech come out and not knowing anything about the aerobic system was told we need all these repair with the cost was around 2440.00 and we should be good. This is not the case, months and months call to have the sprinkle heads fixed because still leaking. We was told to cap off on at the end of the drive way in which we did and still leaking. Call again and was told that we need o rings in the sprinkle heads, wait and wait for them to come in. Got a call and was told was put in and we should not see them leak again. Well not true still leaking come out again and replace one head and was changed for the head $130.00. Well still leaking and call again and still not working. After complaining, we did get someone Michael to come out and look at the system, he found that there is two pumps and the other one that was installed was wire up to the old one and it needs to be replaced as well. Ok why was this not found in the first place. So to fix it again we are looking at other 2000.00? We paid for a year contact for service and only got one report mailed to me in July last year stating all was good, so he must not check the sprinkle heads because we had water standing and could not mow around the head it was wet. They didn't seal the attached pipe to the holding tank. Which caused backup After calling a plumber out . Because Ballard is not a plumber. They refused to reimburse for their incompientance. We will no longer use their service. And I don't recommend them to my enemies.

As one who is still learning how septic systems work, Mr. Mitchell took his time to answer any (and every) question I had. He is a high-caliber, professional gentleman who values the customer and their experience. Because of Mr. Mitchell, I highly recommend Ballard's Septic. Ask for Mr. Mitchell!

I had these guys install a new aerobic system for me, they showed up on time, they did a very professional job on the installation, and they cleaned up after they left. I cannot sing the praises enough for the great customer service I have received on multiple occasion from Ballards. Initially contacted them last spring to come service septic system after newly lease of home. They were prompt to come same day and did discover a need for new pump. They return next day to install. They have return for quarterly checks according to maint.contract. Yesterday I contacted their office and spoke to Kaleigh with urgent request and she immediately sent out supervisor Michael to come to my location. Michael was very quick to provide the answers needed for inspection of system from questions that arose due to home up for sale. Michael put me at ease!
