We had a contract for them to come by quarterly for septic maintenance and they never came by to do any maintenance. I had to call for them to come out and kept getting the run around. I cancelled my contract but didn't get any funds back for the contract.

I was told a price to pump my septic tanks of $365. When the job was completed, they gave me an invoice for $1,000. Our septic tanks are 750 gallons. Before paying an amount we feel was completely an overcharge. We are getting a second opinion on what the cost should actually be. Never once, did they stop the job to inform us it would cost more if they continued. I definitely would not recommend using Ballards, and if you do, get it in writing what they will do the job for.

I had a new septic system installed by Ballard, which my family greatly appreciated. Their owner, foreman-Jesus, Ronnie, technician-Travis, and entire team were ultra responsive to every issue with a new system and associated ground settling. Responded very quickly to calls and service was completed effectively within hours of initial calls.
