        Before they did the work, they showed me a bill and said it would be $391 for the parts and they were only going to charge $59 for them coming out there and fixing it for a total of $450. I found the same parts at Home Depot for $28. Marking up parts 400% is totally uncalled for and I did not have them fix my water heater.
