Everything went fine through the app they took my money no problem then I showed up and the gentleman with the glasses told me there was going to be an additional $250 credit card charge that was NOT highlighted or blatantly said anywhere during the reservation I told him I had chime and he automatically dismissed me and told me to call HR to cancel while they also neglect to tell you as when you cancel they want to charge you $150 right off the top even if its out of your control I was lucky to get the fee waived this one time I will NEVER come back to budget and plan on telling every person I know about this experience
UPDATE: so far they lied about returning the 150$ cancellation fee Ive been calling for two days trying to get it returned if it doesnt come through soon I will be contacting the better business bureau this is UNACCEPTABLE a warning to everyone DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
