Budget published Ts&Cs that, according to the counter person, were completely out-of-date and inoperative, causing me to purchase unlimited eToll at the last minute to the tune of approx. $73. I consider this practice deceptive and fraudulent which is among the worst business practices I have encountered to date. This is not only a lack of transparency, but outright fraud (in my opinion). It's a new twist on bait-and-switch. Based on this, I would never, ever recommend Budget.

Ridiculous!
Made an online reservation with my debit card and called the branch directly to check whether they accept debit cards or not - a person in charge me told me that they dont. So I went to my online reservation to cancel it, meanwhile receiving a message from my bank, saying that my debit card was charged. What a stupidity, check your procedures first! And your website is sucks as well

The staff was overall helpful. However, on the first day the car had a flat, when removing the tire it had an obvious patch job on the outer rim. Customer service was generally helpful, thankfully there were other vehicles available. Second car we received had 0% oil. Had to return 2 separate cars in a day span. Lesson here, look at more than body damage. 3rd vehicle was a slight upgrade. However overall experience wasted valuable time and could have been much more dangerous.

The website is very user friendly and make the booking very convinient. Being a Fastbreak member, made picking up and dropping off my rental extremely stress free. The rental was clean and ready to go. Budget has always had great customer service and my trips have always been enjoyable because of this great company.
