My stepkids went to this location just before xmas with their mom to get new glasses. They didn't have any complaints about the service, but both said the selection of frames is too small. I took them back to have transitions lens & scratch proof coating added (after calling to verify they could do this). When we walked in, only 1 of 3 employees even spoke to us when we entered. Then we waited about a half hour without anyone else helping us or speaking to us until the only employee that had talked to us helped us add the order. After that, it only took about an hour & the quality was good.

Amazing..amazing people. Josh and Kim on the floor and their Store Manager are all awesome.
Great customer service.
Very patient with some of us who are very indecisive
Very knowledgeable of their product
Prompt delivery of glasses (in one day I had two pairs ready)
Overall great people. I am absolutely happy with their service.
