I visited LensCrafters, Beaumont, Texas location to purchase new eyeglasses. Ms. Carmalina was the representative who helped me with my eyeglass purchase. I wanted something, something classy, yet not expensive. I selected frames I wanted and Ms. Carmalina selected some as well. Long story short, I ended up purchasing exactly what I wanted regardless of the cost. Ms. Carmalina was extremely patient with me and shared with me some options I wasn't aware of before. She worked with me on showing something new. While I decided to pay for the purchase in full, it was the experience that set the tone. Thank you Ms. Carmalina for the BEST visit. I left feeling good and the fact I got exactly what I wanted. Keep up the great work. An extremely satisfied customer.
