Budget Car Rental

This was by far the best rental experience Ive had. After being stuck in Dallas and multiple delayed flights it was so nice to receive nice, quick, and efficient customer service. Assad made our car rental pick up fast and easy! I would highly recommend this location.

The worst rental car location I have ever dealt with . Ive traveled all over the country and worked with several rental car companies. The customer service here was absolutely terrible. They will try everything and anything not to rent you a car. I was working with Jay and she is the one giving the terrible experience.

I usually don't write reviews, but I can't help writing this one. They never lift the call, they never seem to care about customers, they close before the closing times (30 minutes before only), employees are never around the store, and we need to go and wait and look for employees to show up. This is the worst budget service I have ever seen. I think they should be closing this location. It is serving none. One time I had a return and they closed before the working hours and I was charged extra for one day. This budget location just sucks.
