Dr. Smith and his staff have treated me beyond any positive expectation. Dr. Smith and his staff were professional, informative, always in direct/immediate communication/available, and clearly experts from the first visit to the final post-op visits. My procedure, one that I never thought I would have, especially one as important both, medically and aesthetically, went perfect. As an attorney, having consulted with many doctors in a professional capacity and for my own personal care, I highly recommend Dr. Smith to anyone looking for a confident and well qualified dual board certified trauma ENT and plastic surgeon. I had the lifestyle lift about 10 years ago and I still believe it's lasted this long so when my best friend wanted to have some work done I of course recommended Dr. Kevin Smith of the Smith Institute. We went for her consult and it was good to see him again. Everything was agreed to by her and we met with his office manager and to say the least were not really impressed but my friend wanted it done so they proceeded. The day of the procedure we arrived at the appointed time and his front desk person insulted me from the get go but I laughed it off at the time. Well it went downhill from there. There is too much to put here but due to circumstances that happened to my friend she ended up in the ER because of what he did to her and the face lift never happened! He and his staff treated her horribly and she was left heartbroken and bruised for weeks. I seriously would not recommend this dr again to anyone and if you're considering any kind of work being done on your face move on to another dr because this one is not the dr for you!

It has been five years since my procedure. It was absolutely life changing. The headache frequency had started at a couple a year, but had increased to several a week. It was debilitating. Staff was incredibly kind and caring. Even provided personal cell should I have a need over the weekend. This was a Godsend!

Four years ago my 13 year old sister went to Dr Smith with severe migraines. Dr Smith assured us that the problem was bone spurs in her nose causing the pain. Once we arrived, he suggested also cleaning out her sinuses as well as a procedure on her ear. After going through with the $20k+ surgery and an excruciatingly painful recovery, nothing changed. We went to multiple ear, nose and throat specialists who all said there was not a reason to do the surgery based off the same catscan he made his decision on. My sister was later diagnosed with POTs. She now has her migraines under control but has severe pain in her nose from a scar tissue build up as well as PTSD from the nightmare of a procedure.
