Would give 0 stars if I could.Horrific experience with staff!!!The receptionist charged my sister 3 times for my niece’s visit and the Anesthesiologist was very very rude!!! No one seems to care!!! Stay away from this place and save your money Update: Called the number and no answer so called the medical center. Spoke with Anita and she was incredibly rude.

I went to Oak Bend for a simple arthroscopic surgery of my hip. Their service was good and the technical expertise met expectations. However, their billing was way out of line. They have you pre-pay for a service even if you have insurance and a near perfect credit history (and somehow afterwards, the calculation came out so that there was a zero balance....they are really good!). If you look at their billing below, they charge $18K for the first 0.5hr of their facility, then $10.6K for every 0.5hr after that. With all of the charges over the 3 hours I was there (for a simple surgery, mind you), they hit me with $70K for 3 hours of work and this does not include 5 other bills that I have gotten related to the same work...I hope you have insurance. Insurance covered most of my charges, but this place charges an arm and a leg for basic work. They perform solid work with kind service, though. **Minor update - I was asked to contact their PR director, Linda D., immediately after posting this, but I believe this is an automated message....I have called three times with no ability to reach her.

Excellent!!! Our 1 year old baby had a ear tub surgery with Dr. Albright he is amazing! and all the nurses were super nice and Kind with our baby! I really recommended this place.
