Clinical great! Administrative horrible. During pre-reg, first they used an old benefit verification and I had to call them about that. Then after I advised I had met my max out of pocket for the year, they still made me pay more than 1k before I could have my service. Now 4 weeks later and they still have not even billed my claim!!! They wont return calls and I need to get this claim billed so that I can get my refund! This year same thing, I told them I have met my deductible but yes, they made me pay the US!!! They treat patients as though they could care less, its my problem not theirs
