Prior to getting my vehicle worked on I expressed to the manager how I had a terrible experience getting my car worked on by their body shop and was promised a better experience. Not long after getting my car back from service my car started acting up and the check engine light came on. When their mobile mechanic came out to fix my car he told me that when they had serviced my vehicle one of their mechanics didnt properly take the packaging off a filter that was getting into the sensor and that my car could have blown its engine because of it. They did nothing to make it right by me only to have the manager joke about my situation saying I have bad luck. No you have bad workers and dont care. I have lost all faith and I will never go back to Russell and Smith.
