Brought our vehicle in for service for a check engine light and recall. Pruitt service team, was outstanding in communication of issues and assisting in resolving the matter. Would recommend for future service of your vehicle needs and maintenance.

If you are looking for an average experience or a reminder that it's not about the customer you found the right place!
Small town dealer with a decent inventory, typical tactics to separate you from your money and the same unethical practices as you'd find at a bigger dealership. This extends from Sales to Service...
As a local customer it is always preferred to put money back into the communities however, places like Pruitt are still driving customers to Oklahoma or Dallas for a better experience. Save yourself the time and head out of town to purchase. But if you must shop local check out the Ford House. After my purchase from Pruitt the Service Department at Wichita Falls Ford has been nothing short of amazing.

Nice people just like all car salesmen. A few years back I got taken advantage of in negotiating for a car. I was only 18 and got put into an unconscionable contract with them. Basically it was a take-it-or-leave-it basis to kid that is susceptible to a lot of pressure. I received a car for a way higher price than fair value at an incredibly high interest rate. I was None the wiser at the time and the salesman definitely understood that. Luckily, I had a mentor set me up with a better contract through the bank.
If it not for him who knows how much interest I would have been charged on a subpar used car. It definitely was not a good deal.
Not to mention, a few weeks later a check engine light came on.
I definitely do not recommend this dealership based off moral values a quality of products. I wonder how many other young people have been taken advantage of here. At the very least, educate yourself thoroughly before signing a contract with these guys. They will pull all the tricks on you.
