Excellent service and good team servicing my F150. Repairing vehicles can be an art some times since troubleshooting is just that. Their honesty in telling you what is going on is refreshing and much appreciated. Terrific Service Team all professionals.

Got a recall notice on my 2019 Super Duty and took it here. I scheduled it in advance and asked how much for an oil change (I was told 158+tax). I scheduled that and also asked them to look at my front camera that stopped working when I changed headlamps. I dropped my truck off about 8:30am and got a call to pick it up at 3:45pm. When I arrived my order wasn't closed so I had to wait 5ish minutes for the service rep to close it. I was presented a bill for the oil change of $230+. When I asked why it was quite obvious I would be waiting a while and just told her I would pay it. When I dropped off truck I was missing a hubcap, I did not notice until I got home I'm now missing two hubcaps. The front camera was not looked at, and the "extra" they charged me was for oil change "The Works" which included exhaust fluid which I FILLED up the day before I brought it. They are either overworked, slightly incompetent, or scam artists I'm not sure which but I am probably going to take my truck to get another oil change just to be sure it was done.

I very rarely give negative reviews. But I must this time. Ill try not to babble. My 2006 mustang GT with 49k miles had an issue with alternator. It never stopped charging but it set off check engine light. Code was for cam sensor. I always use Ford. I purchased at least 10 new vehicles in my life time. My daughter and son in law both drive fords. Im retired for past 7 years. Money is tight. But I went to Johnson Brothers Ford pick up a motor craft alternator in March. Went bad in June. Exchange it no issues. 2nd one went bad 4 days later. Called parts to order another. Came in today, looked different in several ways. Asked parts man to order me another because I have to do the exchange myself. In a very sarcastic tone he said really!!! It was hard enough to get this one and I was running out of options. This alternator cost almost 400.00. Fords labor cost is close to 300.00 I couldnt afford labor so I done all there install myself. I would never treat a customer like was treated. I was operating manager for the largest pest control company in the world for 34 years with revenues of 10 plus million dollars a year. I will never buy a Ford again and never go to Johnson brothers ford for anything!!!! My apologies for babbling. Ray Volberg.
