He is always a pleasure to work with and very professional. He will go out of his way to help you from beginning to end. Travis is the king of making deals work. He makes financing a breeze.         1 ding for warranty svc of a failing audio module that the replacement had a different major obvious fault and was somehow not verified before vehicle return. Had to wait another few weeks for another part ship then another inconvenient trip for 2nd replacement. Service rep (Shawn) was great w communication all times with handling this flub and made sure I had a rare loaner both times so still get 4 stars.
