I ordered on the APP easy, easy to do. However waiting 20 minutes for 2 sonic blast not GOOD! At the moment while at stall #8 not many customers were even there so I can't say they were BUSY! If I didn't pay on the APP I would've drove off! Please do better SONIC.

Service was completely different than what I used to experience. My call was answered fast, food was fresh and employee was able to deliver and was kind. The mic wasn't working he walked right out and took my order without gripe.

I went here on my lunch break and was very disappointed. What was supposed to be a quick meal grab, turned into a 30+ min wait as I had already paid or I would've left already. The manager had to personally get my order done. Wouldn't have left a review, but they even screwed up my order on top of everything. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I got 4 drinks from a different sonic and they were all nasty. Tried to have this location replace them since obviously something wasnt right with the other location but she told me that I had to go back to the location where the nasty drinks came from. Pointless

This was the first time I had visited this location. An extremely long wait time was only made worse by the fact that our order was wrong and incomplete. Even after 3 or 10, it still wasn't right. I spent almost an hour there. The general manager did come out and apologized profusely several times and said that he was new to the store and had a lot of work to do. I wish him much luck. But I'm not holding out much hope, as I asked him specifically three times for marinara sauce that was left out of my order and even he was unable to get it right. I finally gave up and left and have just decided not to visit that store in the future.
