If I could give them a zero I would! Susy was so freaking rude and the black chic with the little hair as well. I asked to add something to my order and the manager Snatched my cash out of my hand and rolled her eyes when I asked her a question she close the window so I will never ever go there again to purchase anything I will make sure that I called corporate office on both ladies in the drive-through and this particular location because this is not the first time with the attitudes .

Jumbo Jack looks like it belongs on the kid's menu. Employees need to learn customer service. They never smile or say thank you. The tacos are always greasy.

I called up here today looking for a job a Mexican woman answered with a attitude she said her location zipcode is 3636 and they weren't hiring 1.that is not a zip code 2.im pretty sure they are hiring so I called back to let her know she didn't answer the phone the first like 5 times she finally answers I asked for the location again cause I thought I heard wrong she then says she's busy and hung up in my face I truly feel she lied because she could tell I was black and it's sad.

Normally, this location is not that bad. I went tonight and it was terrible. The hispanic girl that took my order was so rude. She did not even greet me and she was rushing me to place my order by repeating anything else after everything I said. When I got to the window, it was the same girl and worse service. She didnt even confirm my order with me, she told me the total and extended her hand out for payment. Then, she slammed the window in my face after handing me my card and food. I sat there and stared at her because I wanted my receipt. She opened the window and rolled her eyes when I asked for my receipt. I was already annoyed because I was in the drive thru of a FAST food establishment for more than 20 minutes. to make matters worse my order was WRONG!

Hey it's fast food so come on over with these expectations. Within the fast food "genre" the burgers veggies were fresh, the fries were made on the spot and the staff was really nice. Overall a good fast food location.
