Very horrible customer service experience. I am a frequent Sonic customer. I always order the same thing, a crispy tender dinner with a side of ranch & a side of buffalo. I have never had 1 single problem anywhere ordering this. Upon pulling up to this location, I was told that they werent doing that anymore. I asked why & employee answered because they had a new manager & were not allowed. I do not mind being charged extra for this & I made that clear, but employee became rude & started to scream at me that those were the rules. I asked to speak to a manager to which she replied that she was the manager on duty. I said I would be escalating the issue to corporate & drove off. You just do not speak to a customer in this manner.

Went to sonic yesterday to buy shakes and when it came time to pay the cashier Lupita kept saying my card was getting declined when I know theres no way it couldve been Getting declined so I gave her a different one and same thing Kept saying my card was declined and was being rude about it so I was like okay then its obviously not my card its your machine and I gave her a third card which she said again it wasnt working so I told her try it again theres no way none of my cards are working thats ridiculous. Card finally went through and this morning I went back to check my cards to see if they had gotten charged and no surprise all three of my cards got charged for the same amount of $16.18. I called back and was asking for a refund which some manager said they couldnt and could only give me a gift card, which I then responded and told I didnt want a gift card because I dont live in Houston so I wouldnt be able to get it and second I wanted my money back not a gift card. Of course she said she couldnt do anything to help me. So basically I paid $48.54 for an order of $16.18 just because their employee Lupita didnt know how to work the cash register. Horrible service do not go here !!!

It's unbelievable this places unprofessionalism and customer service. My family and I sat for 7 minutes and no one chime in to take our order. TWO cars pulled up as we left good luck. There is a McDonalds next door. Let me call corporate OKC Why am I surprised. This isn't the first time.
