Reserved a car online only to be told that nothing is available when I arrived. Worker didn't seem to think that this was a problem. "The reservation reserves the price, not the car".

Avis Need To Take Pride In Customer Service.... When I rent a vehicle I expect it to be CLEAN!! Outside and inside!!.. I also expect it to be properly maintenanced.. To be driving a feeling like my wheels are unstable bc theres a balancing issue or suspension issue is not what I chose to pay my money for and to be unsafe on the road!! The inside did not spell sanitized as they claim nor was it properly cleaned.. I told the manager he was supposed to had took it back and recleaned it.. but it was half done!!.. as I didn't have time to wasted etc.. I cleaned it myself. sprayed the air with sanitizing spray and the stinched spell went away... I had To swap cars once got to destination... The outside of car was half washed.. bugs residue still on vehicle.. This Avis Needs To Do Better... I won't rent from this location again!!
