I go here fairly regularly and the staff are always super friendly and helpful. It's always very clean, well stocked and organized.

Came to the location for the first time in forever in Saturday for my mother day gift. The store is clean and organize. Was greeted right when I walk in the door by the two girl in the front. I was ask immediately if I needed help with anything. The store is busy even at 7. They had greet deals. I recommend coming earlier if they have deals because they is sold out of some product I wanted. I dont see pick up counter for online order so I dont know if they have. I will be back to the store

All 3 ladies at the front of the store were playing on their cell phones. I had a question about a body wash & spray fragrance that might only be seasonal. She said, "I'm not sure" and literally left me standing there as she slowly walked away from me. I didn't say anything. I just went over to another lady. She barely looked up from her phone without replying to me! She didn't bother to ask the others either! I ended up just going to the cashier. She was so helpful. I told her, "the girls at the front are on their phones that's why I'm having to ask you. If someone tries to steal something, they'll never know." Awful customer service! I will never go to this location again!

So if anyone read my last review they would of known I gave a secret of theirs away but it's such an awesome secret they asked nicely if I would remove it so I did. But if you ask someone from the store then I'm sure they will tell you if you ask not cely and get to smelling good again!!!

This is my favorite Bath & Body Works store! The employees here are very kind and helpful, especially Jazmin! I was having a crummy day and I am so glad I stopped here on my lunch break. Jazmin helped me pick out the perfect scents. This visit truly brightened my day.
