Went to this location to get my make up done for my birthday and had an amazing experience! Sia did my make up beautifully, and she even touched up my edges for me. She was amazing! I couldnt have asked for a better person to do my make up because I felt really beautiful. Thank you sooo much Sia!!!

This location always has good stock and good variety of products. The sales reps are also very kind. Unfortunately, I always have very bad experience at the checkout desk. I thought it was a one-off thing, but it is always bad. Today I have the worst shopping experience ever. It is Sephora Sale event for ROUGE members. I bought several products. It was almost closing time so the store was not that crowded. While most staff is nice, one short hair lady kept calling out NEXT! as she asked for next one in line. Unfortunately I was next. She scanned and stuffed all of my products in a bag and when 1-2 lipsticks fell through, she threw them back in the bag angrily. When I asked for birthday gift options, she grabbed and threw 3 small boxes on the desk, asking me to pick one, and again threw it in the bag. This is so disrespectful and it totally ruined my and my mom shopping experience. We will never return to this location.

Ive been to various Sephora in NYC, LA, San Francisco and Houston over the past decade. Natti (brown girl with pixie length hair) is such a gem. She approached me when I was trying out different foundation shades and undertones. At one look shes able to tell that despite being warm Ive light olive undertones and pointed out that some warm shades can make me look grey. This is something Ive learnt from trial and error of many foundations and Im impressed she could tell right away. Most beauty associates tend to tag me to warm undertones by default. As I already had make up on, she patiently tested out both warm and neutral undertones on my neck for best match. When I requested for samples to test the foundation on my face at home, she was kind and forthcoming. What impressed me even more was that after she noted what shade and finish I preferred, she introduced me to the new Prada foundation which swatched smoothly on my hand and in my shade, no less. I was spoilt for choice and she offered to make me a sample. Her service is amazing and she definitely knows her stuff. While some of the other staff in the shop can come across as cold and indifferent, they are helpful when you approach them. Nattie makes a difference!
