Went Saturday November 26th for a sale at Bath & Body Works Store was to open at 10am, I got there at 9:30 and sat and waited with an employee for them to open, Customers steadily coming to closer time to open at 10am. Still waiting since 9:30, it's now 11:30. The employee that had been waiting with me and other customers since 930 said the store manager Betsy Rodriguez is ALWAYS late and tells her employees to be on time but can't seem to get there herself. That's VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to get there late especially on a sale day. Her excuse was she thought she was closing...... Tell me how is a Store Manager not gonna know if she's opening or closing when she does the scheduling. They need to make the employee Jade that was there a half an hour early before they opened store manager. She's more responsible than the store manager Betsy Rodriguez and she's older and should set an example for her employees.
