Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

I came here before and Pat was great (only reason why I gave two stars). But today I set an appointment for 1:30 PM, showed up at 1:25 PM and was told there were two people ahead of me. I sat for about 10 minutes after my appointment time until I told her to just cancel it and left... I assume the two people ahead of me were walk-ins... as well as the person in the back and the current girl in the chair. I guess there's no point in making appointments since it seems to be first come, first serve. If you do, I think it'd be a good idea to call and confirm before you arrive. I wasted my time today.

I set an appointment online. I was greeted immediately and helped immediately! Pat did my hair, and she was incredibly thorough and asked me questions to make sure I was happy along the way. She was very friendly!

Pat is my hairstylist and I trust her. She always tells me things straight up, I like that she can be blunt and honest with me, even if its me asking "do you think I'd look good with this?" and I appreciate even if she says no because she is genuinely looking out for me.
