The store is stocked neatly, and the presentation is better than I expected. I can see why my mom loves shopping here. Plus, the staff is super friendly. There was a young lady at the front giving us a warm welcome and explaining the sale that they currently have going on.

I came into this location with some friend as they we're eager to purchase new scents. While in the store we received amazing assistance from Blakeley ( excuse me if I butchered your name). After reviewing some of the scents their decisions were made and we were ready for check out. This is where I was a little confused as to the store's policy and or sales process. There was a location that was on the sales floor with others just like it that was on the transaction. The item ranged up for $1.98 and as my friend was check out he requested to use a different card. The screen reflected his pin request from the original swipe and the sales man tell him the lotion is not sellable. I was a little confused by this so I asked another specialist for clarity. Her name was Deana and her reasoning was as followed.... Some of the items in our inventory are reduced and to be pulled from the floor and not sellable. Now this I understood but when I asked what's done in the event they do not move the items from the floor and a customer is mid transaction. She replied, " If we sold you the item then corporate would come down on us because the items should have been removed from the floor. This then leads to me asking, " Since you all didn't follow the planogram or reset. Are we as the customer to take the hit because you don't want corporate to find out?" She apologizes a few times but the item was left at the counter. Now if anyone can let me know if this situation was handled up to brand standards I would greatly appreciate the feedback!
