Scam artists!! Will lie and say you lived there even when your application is denied and file false reports to collections tripling the amount!! They even lied about the date I applied!

I called to ask what are the requirements to lease with these complexes Payton told me that they require 3x the rent. I asked her is that the only thing they require she said everything else goes with a third party company.
and when I asked her exactly whats all that theyre looking for she refused to tell me and how she doesnt know.
kept on repeating what she said like a broken record with an attitude.
I asked to speak to a manager she told me shes the assistant manager and how manager is on vacation.
Not sure how you leave a place to someone with 0 costumer service or hospitality and if youre having a bad day then you shouldnt be bringing it to work.
Beautiful complex with great location but horrible management.
Now I get it why my freind was eager to move out of there and never lease with them again.
