One word… FRAUD!!! We moved out and notified (by note) the office 30 days before moving. On the day we moved, we dropped an envelope in the dropbox, and in it we provided the keys and last payment of the water bill (money order). I ordered some items offline and sent it to wrong address, and I was no longer staying in these apartments. I went there to pickup my package and when I went into the office to let the receptionist know, she told me that we was still staying in that apartment. I was like no ma’am, I moved out 3 months ago and I let them know that I was moving via letter. The receptionist was new so she told me that I had to speak with the office manager. I went to pick up my package off the front porch and noticed that the blinds were down, but when we left we lifted all the blinds (something I like doing whenever I move out. This is to let the apartments know that the tenants are no longer staying there). I waited for the office manager to arrive and when she did I asked her why we was still showing up as tenants in their system when we moved. She immediately got defensive and said that she didn’t know that we were moving out and she never received any letter stating that we were moving, and never received the keys. Lies!! All Lies!! We took pictures of the letter and I showed her the letter. The keys was in the envelope with the money order for the water bill. I asked her did she get the last payment and she said yes. I was so upset because she completely lied about everything! Now I owe the apartments $3,000 dollars for nothing, not to mention when we stayed there they had roaches and rats that we had to get rid of because they did not care about it. I was also robbed at gunpoint in front of my kids while getting ready to put them on the bus, and when we told the office they didn’t care. I asked for the surveillance video, and she lied about the cameras not working, but one of the maintenance workers said that he knew for sure that the cameras worked. He also was there when I got rob and told be that they have been having issues with those same boys robbing other tenants.I stay there for 3 years, never was late on rent and never caused any problems and by far this is the worst experience I have ever had with any apartments. This is completely unprofessional and I suggest reading the reviews before making any decisions. I don’t even do reviews like that, but this issue deserved one for sure!

3/19/20- No Hot Water, LMAO !!! 2/4/2020- Still the same song and dance, No hot water !! The plumber is working on it or is it just a random guy from a home depot parking lot? Time will tell !! Absolute train wreck. No hot water for almost 4-5 days now with no expected repair time. Front office does not respond, management is in way over their heads.Cooperate office will not respond to any calls or messages. Roof on porch is caving in when it rains and people in my building are without heat. Trust the reviews, Do Not Come.
