LONG REVIEW BUT PLEASE READ Update: Licy and the office staff have made this a more pleasant place to stay. Like I said earlier this place wasnt bad and since the change of management it has gotten way better. If you need a more affordable place to stay this is not a bad option. Never had any car break ins or felt unsafe. Been here since February. The apartment itself is okay. Good for a first time renter. Area is quiet. Parking lot floods during heavy rain. One side of the gate is always broken. But to me those things are manageable The management that was here when I moved in was Rachel and another girl. They were really nice. Things would get done in a timely manner and phones would be answered. Then we got new management. During the month of April I went to the office 4-5 times to ask for pest control that I pay for every month. At first the front desk tried to tell me that my place had already been sprayed and said I was lying until I told him that I had cameras in my apartment. He said he would get someone in right away its July and no one has come. I had to do it myself. Next a part of my sink broke off and I put in a work order to get it fixed that was 2 weeks ago and I havent heard a thing. My rent has gone up about $20 each month with random fees as well. The apartment portal is low budget and doesnt show the fees once rent has been paid. I would recommend moving somewhere else if you are able to. Its not a bad place just needs a change in management.

Hi, I just moved in here and I will say this best apartments I ever lived in the office ladys are a great team theyre very sweet and give good service the neighbors are chill and sweet!

I love living here because the management team Liz and Ms Gloria are the sweetest people in management that I have met over the years that I have been here. They make sure to take care of their residents needs and try their best to keep the property clean and safe at all times. They are very helpful and caring about their residents and their work. I love having them as managers here. Thank you for being so nice ladies! And making it easy to live here.

Management works excellent to make sure you live comfortably, they are extremely helpful as well they offer a lot for the price they give , Office staff excels at what they do shout out to Liz in the office and to Mrs.Gloria as well I completed a one year lease and wish I could stay longer would come back to live here in the future if needed to .
