Updated complaints: The phone number needs to be updated. If you call the 346 one on the page right now it'll only ring and then hang up on you. Please update it to a more reliable phone number. There are a little more than 100 units in this complex. They HAD a reasonable amount of PAID reserved parking,but offered good amount of free spots. NOT ANYMORE! What use to be 15-20 paid spots, is not 55-60! My units parking area has 26 spots of those 26 12 ate not PAID PARKING. Almost half of the few spaces in this at least 20 apartment unit vicinity is reserved unless you pay for it.... Not sure if they enforced towing, but I know that if someone buys that spot they definitely will tow you, which is fair, but it shouldn't even cost money to park! That's what the rent wr pay is for!
