Been living at Ashford Cove at Briar Forest since 2019: Previous poor management. However, most recent management, Kurt Gilpin, has been making changes slowly but surely. Definitely shows that his management style is helping to make the necessary changes that are in his control. Kuddos to Kurt for taking on this challenge to managing our community. He's been the most proactive to make things better with one issue at a time. Thank you for all you do Kurt!!!
