Its important to have someone with positive energy when your touring a apartment complex .. All day I viewed apartment complexs that my realtor sent me to tour .. and when I walked in Ahmad was there to assist me with no problem .. and I am happy he did .. we had a great tour, and he made me feel like I was already at home. Havent made a choice just yet but Ahmad your awesome ! They are blessed to have you on their team !

I am a new resident and so far my experience has been good! The amenities are great, grounds are always clean, and maintenance is always on top of things. I had a few minor things that needed to be done and they were fast and efficient. The staff is friendly but I have been talking to Jacob more and he has been amazing, the move in process was smooth he wasnt here the day I moved in but still reached out to check on me, answered every question I had (there was many lol) professional and most all welcoming.

This is the best apartment you could get for its price, it has offices just in case you work from home.

When I first moved here it was during construction still. It was one of the worst experiences. My dishwasher didn't work the whole first month, my apartment was not cleaned before I moved in (yes it's new but still under construction so there was dust and sawdust in cabinets). For a few months the halls (indoor) were constantly dirty. The only good thing about my first six months here was Sam the concierge, but he left. Still having trouble keeping concierges during the week. Frank is great and Cassie is very sweet. Thankfully Dennis has hired on more leasing staff and a much better maintenance team. My only complaint is the garage being really tight and people not paying attentions at turns. Scraped my brand new 2022 suv. I'm much happier here now. There are still some terrible neighbors who don't clean up after their dogs, but management is trying their best to solve this. My first review was one star, but I give them a 3.75 stars rating aka 4 stars.
