Ive been living here for about two years and I enjoy staying at the property.
Pros: Very quiet, staff is nice (especially the ladies that work in the front office), and maintenance handles work requests in a timely manner. Also, management sends out communication very regularly to keep us as residents informed.
Cons: Wish there could be more space for dog park, another trash bin to eliminate build up of trash, and the back gate is always malfunctioning.
Overall, I would recommend someone to stay here.

Weve lived at Riverhill for about 5 mos. Ashley is the best and everyone in the office has been polite & stays involved with residents, which I truly appreciate. The property is clean & nice & communication has been great!
