VERY BAD The Refrigerator was full of dead animals, we reported it but they never listened to us, I had to wash it and even then I didn't get to the places where those bugs were, I was very afraid that my girls would get sick and I felt very disgusted having to put my food in that refrigerator

I love this place! The staff up front (Sue and Lana) are always so warm and welcoming. The manager, Jill and assistant manager, Amanda are rockstars! Any time I've needed anything or had any questions everyone has always been so kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Because a one was the least I could give. The first thing I noticed when moving in was the overabundance of Roaches. Oh My God. The apartment hadn't been properly cleaned, I found toys that were left behind from the previous tenant both inside the apartment and on the patio. I noticed the apartment that I had been assigned to suffered some kind of water or flood damages due to the spots in the sealing, the damaged wall paneling and the small amount of mold that was growing. The toilet didn't flush and the bathroom sink had a very slow drain.I cleaned the apartment but the next day I noticed the roaches had returned and a few actually made their way inside a food container that was located inside the refrigerator. I trashed all the newly purchased food due to contamination. The following business day, I notified the leasing office (ginger) of my concerns, who ensured me that this issue would be resolved. I had a letter of repairs typed, certified and mailed to the complex as stated in paragraph 15 of the lease agreement, only to have it returned to sender due the a office member rejecting and/or refusing the letter. I was offered a new unit after being a resident for three days but refused it after being informed that I would be fully responsible for all relocation fees, including movers. I had just paid over $300 for the movers to move me in the first time and couldn't afford a second relocation fee. The office made it very clear that they were not will to assist with this issue in any other way, I had to relocate or suffer, and after being a resident for almost two months my repair have yet to be fully repaired. At one point, I was sending my animals to daycare once a week due to Pest control having to perform several treatments to my apartment. I've invested with out of pocket treatments myself and have noticed very little improvements. This apartment is playing a major effect on my emotional and mental health. I'm really contemplating breaking my lease. I HATE IT HERE! Save Yourself The Headache. Don't Move in The Sheffield Square Apartments.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I wish I could give a 0, I lived in this complex for 2 years, never late on my rent, even though I could put in different maintenance request it would take days for someone to come out and lets not mention trash pick up, it would be days for someone to come and pick up trash. The residents would put trash out in front of the entrance leaving out and it would just sit for days! I never complained, still paid my rent ON TIME! I put in my 60 days notice in October to move the end of December, my lease was up January 5, 2024. I went back and forth with Amanda(Asst Manager), Jill(Manager) and Lana, ALL LIARS, saying I left owing $3,426, WHY?!?! Because Im elderly and yall THINK Im just going to except this! NOT!!!! I asked for corporate phone number and they would not provide that information. I am moving forward with this matter because I made sure everything on my end was done, apartment cleaned, left how I moved in! DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APARTMENTS!!!! Its plenty of very nice apartments in the Grand Prairie area that you would love and get your money worth!

Sue & Lana were so helpful with my son's new apartment. We got him an apartment with granite countertops and the black appliances. This apartment is so cute and is close to his job. There are fewer worries for this mom. Thanks, ladies.
