Nope!! I strongly do not recommend this company at all. Firstly, or sales person was mostly adequate and explaining the process. That is, until he explained further that I had to get a subcontractor to come out and bring him the opening for the new fireplace, and an extra $450. Then, I will be here sometime morning. Call that 11 AM to find out where the installer was and was told they would get back to me shortly with an update. I waited two hours to call back and was told that the installer would be here between 4:30 PM and 5 PM. The installer finally showed up I’m almost 6:45 PM. Then, I find out they had to cut a 12“ x 24“ hole in the wall to allow for some elbow pipe for the venting. That wasn’t explained at all beforehand. The sales rep apparently had no clue either. No one bothered to come out and do a site survey after I had it framed to make sure everything was correct, which may have avoided me extra frustration. Now I have to figure out how to tile over all the exposed space around the exposed framing area. Lastly, I had ordered glass doors for the fireplace. I was told by the installer that someone would come out after I had finished the rest of the construction around the fireplace because I might break them or get them dirty. Take your business elsewhere. I wish I had!!

I can not in good faith give a positive review for this company. The tech came out and did a good job of fixing my issue. A part was replaced. My concern is there was no mention of the cost of the part. I'm appreciative that I was given a deal on the part, but that's not the point. I only found out there was a cost when I reviewed my account and there was the charge. The work order that signed had no mention of the additional cost for the part. Do a better job of being upfront with your customers regarding the extra cost for services rendered.
NOTE: The owner of the company actually called me personally and apologized for the mishap. The company corrected their mistake.
