Wow, what a great job! Samuel Rodriguez is a no nonsense installer. Samuel installed my door as if it were in his own home. Samuel took his time adjusting and reajusting the brakets throughout the the installation process and fits perfectly. Samuel is a pro. Thanks veterans garage door repair.

Bought a 3/4 HP garage door controller from a big-box store and signed up for installation. Couple of days later their installer came and wanted to charge $150 for other (unnecessary) parts plus $75 for the trip charge. I refused their service. Called Veteran Garage and they gave me 2 hour window for Saturday (no extra charge), Bill Lockhart was on time and installed the opener. No extra parts were needed. Clean and professional work. Will definitely hire again. Highly recommended.

Just for the torsion spring replacement alone, they quoted us for $1200. The parts themselves cost $70 at most! That's $1130 for labor that doesn't take an hour! And the worst part is that they give you a mere 5 percent discount for being a veteran.! We were also charged $60 for just the quote alone! The guy Chris did nothing for us but take some measurements and then gave us a quote and charged us $60! These guys are crooks, do not go to these guys for garage door repair. They will scam you all with a grin on their face.

To start the company is a rip off they dont charge a service fee but minimum labor is $150. A garage door opener is around $200 for top of the line at Lowes and they charge $850. The tech wasnt a veteran and said he wasnt sure if the owner was a veteran. This company will rip you off with a smile on their face. Use them for a free quote then call another company I promise it will a dramatic difference in price.
