Excellent service on a Sunday! Showed up quickly. Overall, my garage door was fixed within 3 hours of making the phone call and within the price that was quoted upon arrival. Would definitely use them again.

Shopped prices at 5 to 6 places to have a 16 X 7 door replaced. On Time Garage Pros was running a special and offered the best price by more than $150 including all attaching hardware. Everything except the door opener was included. The technician was very personable and knowledgeable about the product and installation. Response time was within 24 hours. After the initial phone call, I was able to communicate details and arrival time via text message which was very convenient. Total time to do the job was about 2 hours. The new door looks great, runs great - very smooth and quiet just as it should. I'm satisfied with the product and the work and see no reason why it shouldn't hold up, I would recommend this company.

I have called 8 different garage companies in the area and found On Time Garage Pros to have the best price; they gave me a very affordable price for a new garage door. They were also very quick to respond...I called on a Sunday afternoon and a technician was at my house Monday morning at 9am; I didn't have to wait too long for them to come out, unlike the others. But the best thing about this whole experience was dealing with a very professional, very courteous and very knowledgeable technician sent out by the company. From now on, I will use On Time Garage Pros for any of my garage problems and I will recommended this company to all my friends, relatives and colleagues anytime.
